Cecilia Beatriz Oubel

Holder of a Bachelor´s degree in Education and Teacher of Educational Sciences (graduated with honors) from the University of Buenos Aires, Specialist in Distance Education (UNED), Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences with special mention in Management of Educational Institutions (FLACSO) and Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences with special mention in Reading, Writing and Education (FLACSO).

Specialist in Education member of L@titud-Harvard Project Zero (Latin American Initiative toward Understanding and Development). Fellow in the “Future of Learning Institute” of Project Zero at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Since 2003, she has led the design and implementation of consulting and professional development projects within the framework of Teaching for Understanding. Lecturer at international seminars and conferences, she led the implementation of The International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme in Latin America. Consultant of Educational Projects (GEMA-UNICEF Argentina, Pamoja Education, International Baccalaureate).

She is currently devoted to initial and continuing development of school headteachers. Head of the Program Rondas de Directores of Fundación Cimientos, professor at the Updating Program for Headteachers (PADE) of the Di Tella University (UTDT) and Head of the Course of Studies on Management and Leadership Training, School of Teachers, Ministry of Education, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
